Agreement and eligibility

By using Stellr, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The beta may change, pause, lose data, or contain errors. Features described on this website may not all be available in every build, country, or subscription.

What Stellr is — and is not

Stellr uses astrology as a language for personal reflection. It does not establish facts about another person, measure the quality of a relationship, predict events, diagnose a condition, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or safety advice.

You are responsible for your decisions, conversations, and treatment of other people. Do not use Stellr to justify control, surveillance, discrimination, harassment, or harm.

Accounts and information about other people

Keep account credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Only enter information you have a lawful right to use. If you enter another person’s birth details, keep them accurate, limited, and private. Do not present Stellr output as a fact about that person or share sensitive output in a way that could harm them.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or submit malicious content.
• Do not probe, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with security or access controls except where law expressly permits.
• Do not use automated means to create accounts or harvest content without written permission.
• Do not use Stellr output for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, policing, or another high-impact decision.

Your content and our license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Stellr a limited license to host, process, encrypt, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide and secure the service or as you otherwise direct.

You may delete or export eligible content using the tools described in our policies. Feedback about the product may be used to improve Stellr without compensation, provided it does not include your private content.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, trials, and introductory terms are shown by the app store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store. Deleting the app or your Stellr account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Refunds are handled under the app store’s rules unless applicable law requires otherwise. Features and prices may change prospectively with notice where required.

Intellectual property

The Stellr service, brand, design, software, and original content are owned by Stellr or its licensors and protected by law. These terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Stellr at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal compliance, including for material or repeated violations of these terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, goodwill, or profits. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated as required, and continued use after their effective date means you accept them.
