If you are in immediate danger
Do not rely on Stellr. Move toward a safer place if you can and contact local emergency services or a trusted real-world support person. If another person monitors your device, use a safer device when seeking help and consider clearing browsing history only if doing so will not increase risk.
What the app cannot know
- A chart cannot establish whether someone is safe, truthful, abusive, ill, or likely to act in a certain way.
- A reflection cannot replace direct evidence, consent, professional assessment, or your lived experience.
- Timing prompts are invitations to pay attention, not forecasts or instructions to wait.
- AI-generated text may be incomplete, misleading, or wrong.
Use boundaries, not interpretations
If behavior frightens, controls, isolates, threatens, stalks, coerces, or harms you, take the behavior seriously. You do not need an astrological explanation before setting a boundary or asking for help.
Do not use Stellr output to confront, label, monitor, or pressure another person. Reflection belongs to the account owner and should support more responsible choices, not certainty about someone else.
Professional support
For health, mental-health, legal, financial, or safeguarding concerns, consult a qualified professional in your location. Stellr does not provide crisis response or monitor private journal entries for emergencies.
Report a safety concern
To report harmful product behavior, inappropriate content, or an account-security concern, email safety@stellrapp.com. Do not include private journal text unless it is necessary for us to understand the report.
Still have a question?
Write to support@stellrapp.com. Please do not include sensitive reflection content.
