Take it with you. Delete it when you choose.

Export your information

In the Stellr app, open Settings, choose Data & privacy, then choose Export my data. The export may include account details, Connection Spaces, chart inputs, saved reflections, moments, and practices in a portable format.

For security, an export link may expire and may require recent authentication.

Delete your account in the app

• Open Stellr and go to Settings.
• Choose Data & privacy, then Delete account.
• Review what will be removed and confirm with recent authentication.
• A short recovery window may be offered. After that window, deletion becomes final and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email privacy@stellrapp.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete my Stellr account.” We will verify that you control the account before beginning deletion. Do not email birth details or journal content.

If you joined only the website beta list, use the same address and ask us to remove your beta signup.

What deletion removes

• Your Stellr account and authentication relationship.
• Connection Spaces, encrypted chart inputs, reflections, moments, practices, and saved questions associated with the account.
• Device tokens and optional communication preferences.
• Provider-held personal data where deletion APIs and legal obligations allow.

What may remain temporarily

Encrypted backups, security logs, purchase records, and records needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution may remain for a limited period. They are access-restricted and deleted or de-identified under their retention schedules.

Deleting a Stellr account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription in your store settings to prevent future renewal.
